Blouse - Scandinavian Christmas

A one-of-a-kind Christmas blouse handmade from a vintage Scandinavian holiday tablecloth featuring charming winter gnomes, snowy cabins, Christmas trees, sleighs and festive floral borders.

The original border print has been thoughtfully incorporated into the garment so the winter landscape wraps beautifully around the front, back and sleeves. Every pattern piece was carefully positioned to preserve the storytelling of the fabric, making the blouse just as striking from behind as it is from the front.

Designed with a gently curved hem, button front and relaxed fit, it is easy to style with jeans, skirts or festive trousers throughout the holiday season. The ¾-length sleeves feature small side slits for extra comfort and movement, while the vibrant red background gives the piece a classic Nordic Christmas feel.

As with all of my garments, this blouse has been created entirely from reclaimed textiles. Once the original tablecloth was used, no identical replacement was available, making this piece completely unique.
