Description

A cheerful one-of-a-kind Christmas top made from a second-hand holiday tablecloth featuring teddy bears dressed for winter, Christmas trees, holly, gifts and snowy scenes in classic red, green and white.

The fabric placement has been carefully planned so the illustrated borders become part of the construction rather than simply repeating across the garment. The top has a softly shaped V-neckline, gently gathered puff sleeves and a flared peplum section that adds movement and gives the relaxed silhouette a playful finish.

Small red button details gather the sleeve openings, while the festive motifs continue across the front, back and sleeves so the top looks decorative from every angle.

Because I work exclusively with reclaimed and second-hand materials, this exact fabric is limited and the piece cannot be reproduced in precisely the same way.
